Want to switch to MNC...need help
Hi, need help.currently I am employed with Axis Bank. I am an ex Citibanker. I am not liking the axis Bank culture at all..kindly advise how to switch from a bank to MNC companies...I don't have contacts and want to make my career in MNC company. Current package is 14.4 additionally bonus and all contributes to overall package to 17.3.
Can anybody help me getting a job in company like Genpact, concentrix etc.
