There is a great opportunity for learning and skill development. An avaerage culture, typical corporate culture is followed. That maybe be good for some folks also.

Dislikes

The work-life balance is a big No. Low Salary hikes and appraisals.

In hand salary. Variable is less. Insane learning opportunities. Onsite opportunities although less still one would get depending on accounts

Dislikes

Appraisal cycle is like a dream. You will never know whether or not it will happen. Onsite opportunities are considerably lower. Medical benefits are not that great but still not that bad as well.

I liked working on fixed shift timings and worked from home throughout my tenure at cts, salary hike is good as a senior associate entering cognizant.

Dislikes

When working above expectations it is taken for granted by management. Attrition rate was very high which impacted stability of rest of the employees, management could have made efforts to retain employees.

Salary wise, once you received offer that time you can demand high.. later not much increment or promotion you will get here .. Good policy for maternity leave for female candidates but it's similar to other companies in competition I can say.

Dislikes

Company working hours is 10 and it goes upto 12/14 hours per day plus expectation is to work on weekends without additional benefits or comp offs. Overall no work life balance. Management almost in every project is like they will assign some work and will expect to complete by that day only.. As a fresher you get to learn lot of things which will help you in future aspects. Pick up and drop facility is good.

For me I am getting chance to work on latest technology and compensation is also good here.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Need to work as per your client timings. No manager interaction only client is your god. Multiple interview everytime project comes to end or any budget issue. You need to be technically sound and be ready for interview anytime. Not recommended for long term stay here.
