First of all at the time of interview hr will tell you there is no sales pressure but in floor they will continuously harass agents for selling and calls agents to work on weekoffs also

There were so many cultures and religioner person jobed but everyone live like family that's why I like there culture. When I was joined cogent then I was like so nervous hasitating nature but now I'm very confident. They were built and gained my skills.

Dislikes

There are a lot of stress created with one another everyone is pressured on everyone. I don't like there working process.

There is no work-life balance in this company, the managers just ask you to work on your week-offs. They're always boasting about the promotions which only happens when there is a shortage in their staff, and when they do give promotions, it's only for the bootlickers. I've known a lot of colleagues there that have shown exceptionalskills and deserve to get a promotion but they never got it. The company culture is so toxic that I've seen 3 managers leave this job in a total span of 1 year. Management is not supportive specially Quality team nd operations head just want to terminate there L1 level employees just for making 1st mistake they don't try to correct then.

Company should have mimumm managing skills with agents and process ..there is not benifits from company and poor managing skills .bad experience with the company no holidays even on week off they used to call to do login.no freedom even for breaks.no commication between agents

Cogent policy and the way off talks and the process controller are totally talk with disrespect like you are nothing and they will give pressure to work because of the policy you cannot even deny that you are not comfortable and your skill are not on that target.
