What i like about cogent is that i meet some new people, and i had a great experience of my life with them.

Dislikes

There is nothing about cogent which is like rather than i meet some people who became a family for me. If we are talking about work culture, which is very poor, no promotion. Facilities are no pf, no job security, joining date will be post training if you successfully completed the training.

Cogent company is a BPO company and it is a very good company, promotions happen very quickly in it, due to which you can also develop your career.

Dislikes

This company is not like that because the security here is very strict and restrictions are imposed for everything and the security guards also stop you a lot and cut your salary too.

They don’t give break on time they don’t provide our own paid leave whenever we want they don’t give any appraisal they want we to do work on festival but they don’t pay extra nor they provide any gifts to us and after 1.5 years also they don’t provide any internal promotion.

First of all at the time of interview hr will tell you there is no sales pressure but in floor they will continuously harass agents for selling and calls agents to work on weekoffs also

There were so many cultures and religioner person jobed but everyone live like family that's why I like there culture. When I was joined cogent then I was like so nervous hasitating nature but now I'm very confident. They were built and gained my skills.

There are a lot of stress created with one another everyone is pressured on everyone. I don't like there working process.

There is no work-life balance in this company, the managers just ask you to work on your week-offs. They're always boasting about the promotions which only happens when there is a shortage in their staff, and when they do give promotions, it's only for the bootlickers. I've known a lot of colleagues there that have shown exceptionalskills and deserve to get a promotion but they never got it. The company culture is so toxic that I've seen 3 managers leave this job in a total span of 1 year. Company should have mimumm managing skills with agents and process ..there is not benifits from company and poor managing skills .bad experience with the company no holidays even on week off they used to call to do login.no freedom even for breaks.no commication between agents
