I was overqualified for my designation and this was told by my employer, yet I was underpaid without enough benefits.

Need to improve alot off facility for the employees required, it's an biggest draw back as per my experience which i received complaints from employees, in operations there are alot off politics, if employees requirements and facilities are there bulk of hiring and target which company has it will be successful please note it, as per my truth experience thank you cogent team.

Company should have mimumm managing skills with agents and process ..there is not benifits from company and poor managing skills .bad experience with the company no holidays even on week off they used to call to do login.no freedom even for breaks.no commication between agents

Cogent policy and the way off talks and the process controller are totally talk with disrespect like you are nothing and they will give pressure to work because of the policy you cannot even deny that you are not comfortable and your skill are not on that target. They even don't care about your failure in quality and if you decide to leave the company then suddenly they will forcefully move to third level of warning and they will also do not accept the resignation...Read More

TL AND 1 manager because on my last working day they will tell me if you will not revoke your resign then we will do the ZTP and they pick rendom girl and tell her you can take his name in ZTP and we will not force to revoke you resign.

Honestly speaking I did not like anything about Cogent E Services. The work life balance is literally horrendously disgusting honestly. The Managers will call you to work even on week offs and will tell that you will be paid more if you come on week offs but later you won’t be paid anything extra. The DGM Ravinder was the most cruelperson I have ever seen in my life. He used to treat the employees really bad and used to shout at everybody. Hence, the work environment and work culture was poor.
