Everything there is soo disgusting ..I request everyone reading this should never come for a job in cogent services .. The work pressure is too high and floor manager always yell at you infront of everyone ..also they do not give breaks at our will ..and there are soo many negative things about this company ..

Everything was worst in the organization, The behaviour of management was not good with the employees, the management thinks that they are the owner of the company and they treat employees like their servent. TL AND 1 manager because on my last working day they will tell me if you will not revoke your resign then we will do the ZTP and they pick rendom girl and tell her you can take his name in ZTP and we will not force to revoke you resign.

What i like about cogent is that i meet some new people, and i had a great experience of my life with them.

Dislikes

There is nothing about cogent which is like rather than i meet some people who became a family for me. If we are talking about work culture, which is very poor, no promotion. Facilities are no pf, no job security, joining date will be post training if you successfully completed the training.

Cogent company is a BPO company and it is a very good company, promotions happen very quickly in it, due to which you can also develop your career.

Dislikes

This company is not like that because the security here is very strict and restrictions are imposed for everything and the security guards also stop you a lot and cut your salary too.

I joined this Org as Quality Analyst. But here Trainer , QA , Team Leaders also taking Calls everyday. Ehtesham Ahmed worst manager in my life . When I was on medical Leave he forced me to Resign. Pathetic management. Request you for all don't go here and waste your time

Honestly speaking I did not like anything about Cogent E Services. The work life balance is literally horrendously disgusting honestly. The Managers will call you to work even on week offs and will tell that you will be paid more if you come on week offs but later you won’t be paid anything extra. The DGM Ravinder was the most cruelperson I have ever seen in my life. He used to treat the employees really bad and used to shout at everybody. Hence, the work environment and work culture was poor. Cogent is the worst company I've ever seen. No motivating work culture. Senior managers keep abusing their juniors in front of every one on the floor, junior managers do the same with thier under working and same with things ends up with executive who is only to listen and face consequences in terms of salary deductions, un-timed week offs , no leaves when u in need, marking half days without any cause etc. First cogent say they are hiring you for inbound voice calls, then during training they will start saying that you have to do up-sale the products also and after training they will give you targets of sale. And if you hit the target some how,their eyes is on finding a minor single mistake in order to deduct money. Hence horrible company. No mental/professional satisfaction here. Very toxic work culture. Even on your off day they would ask you to punch in n out, even if you have a medical emergency they will ask you to be present at office, managers & TL hold grudges when you’re not able do extra duty hours & they will cancel all your bonuses & even cut your salary in the name short log in hours.
