Working in Capgemini was really a good experience. The best part which I liked about Capgemini is I was the architect of my own career. Project Assignment was very quick for me. In my entire close to 4 years tenure in Capgemini I was never on bench. I had an excellent bonding with the client.

Appraisal and benefits Reward were less Even after upgrading my skills, I was never interviewed for any other projects.
