At times, it can feel a bit rigid, and having more flexibility or visibility into available opportunities would allow employees to better align their skills and interests with project requirements. Obviously the compensation part of it. As a well performing employee in the company I believe I deserve better compensation but I'm still stuck at below par salary package

Doesn't gives projects based on skill set, base location and also can't able to change skill set even in bench as they just look for quick deployment and billing instead of skillset. Also gives lots of courses and trainings which are not at all useful as no projects are given as a hands on experience with provided trainings.
