Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This is the worst company with worst management and accommodation. There is just partiality nothing else. I have worked 9 months and they allot only night and evening shift mostly for boys and general shift only for girls. Over a period of 9 months i have worked only in night shift not a single day they have given me a day shift. And also they give wfh only for girls in day shift and boys have to come in office in the night shift without AC, and other problems like of mosquitoes and no cold drinking water. I have to left this job as i was complaining from a month to please on the AC in our working area only but the admin denied and after that i left this job as have no other option as people who work on senior positions there like HR's, admin and managers has nothing to do with your problems you are facing in the office. I have follow all the hierarchy from my Tl's to manager to HR to admin but nothing happened.
Interview is not much hard and salary they offer is low a new commer can try it but there is a big no from my end to those who has some sort of experience. Instead of this Ison is far better.
Tl's like abhishek ranjan, Naveen, himanshu are helpful and supportive and also The QA muskan is appreciable at her work and how she behaves with their juniors. The baddest person is the manager Ritvik sinha which never listens you just know shouting and appraising about him. First you have to know the reason from which problem arises but he is not interested in that just want his work done whether you die after that he don't care. And most irritating thing is he don't have manners to talk.
