Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - i had an interview scheduled for the role of scrum master, i got automated reminder mails twice and also a call from HR to confirm on the interview. after 5 minutes of the scheduled time nobody turned up, i called the HR to inform the same ,he said give me two minutes and he never returned back. i remained on the live video call for 54 minutes but nobody turned up and even the HR didn't had the etiquettes to call back and apologies for the time gone. if they already chose a candidate then they should have right away cancelled the invite. it says so much about the company. there is no sync between the team that is hiring and the ones scheduling interview. if you are not desperate enough for a job then don't go for their hiring interviews.
