Accenture generally values experience and your background in network security could give you leverage to negotiate a better offer

Great field to be in! With 6 years of expertise, 14-15 LPA sounds fair. Have you thought about negotiating for additional perks too?

Network security is such a niche area! 🔐 With your background, you could push for at least 14-16 LPA. What’s the plan if they counter with something lower? 🤷‍♂️

Since your CCTC is low, 15-16LPA seems reasonable. But frankly you can aim for more. Keep attending interviews and 18-20L should be possible given the niche experience.

Whatever you ask consider they have 27 percent of variable, so add that and then ask or ask x money without variable. Bcs they never pay full variable not even half most of the time.

Ask for 14-17 LPA then get another offer & negotiate with which ever company you want to join and ask them a counter between 17-20 LPA.
