Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Technical + HR Interview
Experience: When the interviewer asked me if I was comfortable with the flexible working hours I was a little confused. I said a clear 'No' stating that the my parents would not be comfortable traveling at night considering the women safety in the country. The interviewer couldn't believe that I had refused to their terms. He ensured me that Accenture is concerned about the safety n take various measures to ensure it. I think he liked my confidence and selected me.
Tips: Practice the questions ( e.g.: why IT from biotech) so you sound confident.
