I Worked For 6 Months & 21 days in Wipro BPO Mindspace, Airoli,Mumbai !! Before Joining Wipro If Anybody Thinking To Join United Healthcare (UHG)Process At Airoli Branch Then This Review Is For U !! I have worked in UHG CS voice process for around 6 months & 20 days. this process is gud but the people working in this process are not gud As an oddinory employee it will be a touf challenge for u to survive bcoz the people like TL & Manager plays a dirty role of politics & partiallity with their employees I m a male i was also one of the guy who suffered alott with these people finally i left absconded suddenly bcoz there i can only say that dont ever join this process bcoz u will be frustated & regret after joining there are other better jobs in industry . Even HR is just a useless she will just listen ur issues from one ear & from second ear she will thrown out ur issues I left after 6 months bcoz of these issues they were forcing me to work after putting a lot of mental pressure i was into deep depresion they just want to suck ur blood nothing else & in return u will get peanuts salary. if u r not getting any other job & if u r a jobless then only u can join here otherwise a big no bcoz the management & training is poor.
