Respectful collegues and empathy. Good office space and internal systems. IT department is good but can be better.

Dislikes

Poor salary hikes and compensation. Promotions are given to those who have connections or were able to manipulate management. Company hires people at high positions from outside who are mostly worthless and can't improve numbers. Own trusted employees are always put on back seat and they end up leaving after doing great work.

The work environment and culture is good if you are working in a central team. If under a project there is no job security. The management is toxic and prefer micromanagement. No point working hard or smart in this company because end of the decisions are made in conference room among the people in it and seems like the top management (like ADH’s) are not aware of the ground reality they just want the excel cells to reflect green....Read More

within campus no bus facility is provided for employees and you need to keep walking always (its good actually but becomes difficult when you are injured and you need to depend on you team mates for wheel chair)

Work culture is toxic. There no humanity in their dictionary. They will force you to work in extreme codification, even your family members died. Moreover, lead will give you negative feedback to upper management. And if you try to have word on your issue, no one will listen. Too much politics. No hike from last 2 yes. You will be forced to work for 15 hs and more. They will always promise for next year and that will never ever come true....Read More

It's good that Wipro give opportunity to work and there are many things to learn in every organization. It depends on individual that how he is getting opportunities to learn.

Dislikes

The management level in wipro is very bad. It is full of office politics and some managers try to ruin employee's career. After working as expected, they don't encourage but they just give bad ratings at the time of appraisals and manipulate employees. There is very less opportunities in wipro itself. There is no career growth after completing 2 years in wipro.

I'm working for the organization from last 2.5 years, still didn't got an hike in my salary. Still I'm working on 3.5 LPA salary. I have upgraded my skills and also completed various certification that are required, still not use. Really disappointed by this behavior.

Loss of pay policy. If you are idle for more than 45 days then your loss of pay will start but notice period will remain 90 days
