Wipro is my first organization so I am grateful that I got opportunity to work in Wipro. The onboarding process were smooth with no hassle. The Campus of PDC2 is amazing and spacious to walk around. The process of promotion is bit different, it entirely depends on the manager's nomination and now it has changed to role based. So if different parameters are implemented to provide promotion would be great.
