Dislikes

There is uncertainty for you project, no support from RMG, if you be on bench, you need to search project by your own, No satisfaction in our work , only Garbage work you will get when your work in project. Management is so much Harassing team, expect to work for management relates work like bring resource and talk to management client side

Dislikes

No promotions, no appraisals/ delayed appraisals without arrears. The company thinks that by delaying appraisals and vendor payments they can save benefit from the interest on the principal. The CEO gets 100% hike by deferring appraisal for 6 months and to top it off there are no arrears.
