They train for some topic. Assign you to a team where you have to work on a completely different topic. Then they expect you to be master at it even after knowing you haven't been trained for it. They keep changing teams, hence no scope of improvement in a single topic and then they blame you for not working as per expectation. There is close to no salary hike after year end and getting a bonus is like a dream.
