Good working environment and the leadership is very much approachable. I have about 22 years of experience and this the Organisation where we can walk into the country heads room without a Prior appoint ment and share your thought. He is very keen in Listening to our concerns and suggeting solutions. We have a very good mentors in our higher management. Salary is also really competative.
