Frontend Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Frontend Development: Build and deploy performant modern web applications using React, Redux, Webpack, ES6, and TypeScript (or Flow).
• Code Quality & Reviews: Write high-quality, maintainable code and actively participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• PR Review & Feedback: Review pull requests (PRs) to ensure code quality, consistency, and alignment with the overall architecture and design goals.
• Scalability & Performance: Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues, ensuring the platform can process millions of messages concurrently.
• Platform Design: Contribute to designing and developing the platform in a modular, scalable, and infrastructure-agnostic manner, with a focus on industry-grade security.
• Web Protocols & Optimization: In-depth understanding of the whole web stack, web protocols, and web performance optimization techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Frontend Frameworks: Detailed knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, and Angular.
• SaaS Deployment: Participate in the move to full SaaS deployment and management, ensuring scalability, security, and stability.
