A little about you:

An experienced and knowledgeable leader and manager with experience in a matrix structure with the responsibility of a team of up to 30 engineers and people leaders.

Technical Requirement :

1. Strong analytical, creative, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

2. Experience in managing teams working on complex products / solutions and capability development projects.

3. Experience in supporting the architecting of solutions for optimal web products and other digital solutions

4. Strong understanding of IT risk, information security fundamentals, defense-in-depth practices, IT risk assessment fundamentals and risk management practices

5. Competent in Agile methodologies

6. Understanding of DevOps practices, tools and cloud technologies

7. Great awareness of information security and data privacy requirements.

8. Hands-on, working knowledge of various web and or integration languages, tools and approaches

9. Experience with a range of vendors, tools and languages, AEM, SFCC, Lux react, Mulesoft etc.

Experience and Skills required:

1. 10+ years of industry experience including 3+ years in leadership roles.

2. Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting.
