1. IBM as a global brand and the culture truly reflects that 2. Opportunities to learn new cutting edge technology 3. Work life balance to some extent 4. Very process oriented company - so things will move slow.

1. Slow career growth as it is a big company, may old timers are there at the same designation for years 2. Minimum to no salary hike (you can't bit the inflation) 3. Sometime you will need to deal with workplace politics

They hired a particular skill but the task and work given is not relevant to your Experience. Example:- Hired as Data Analyst (SQL, PowerBi) and given the task of Java and php. Doing Huge Promises that we will give you the task and team as per your Tech/Experience. But no use. ITSR is Jail , and they don't tell at initial Stage while Joining. Playing with Employee and Their Future. for Billing
