Micromanagement, some managers and senior architects are working since so long 15-20 years and they don't want any fresh and skilled person to stay they are in there comfort zone, worst reality is when i resigned no hr has connected with me even after raising a ticket manager has all the power.

A hybrid work model. No need to come to the office. We can complete as many certifications as we want. No restrictions on the hours I can stay at the office. We can punch and go back home.

Dislikes

Favoritism is based on location. If you work with Kolkata people, they will just make use of you. They will exclusively focus on negative thoughts with you at the end of the year. Technical skills should be the basis of the rating score, not employee based location. Junior resources staff also have the rights to share feedback with their Lead or Manager to develop management strategies, so that everyone can help grow IBM more....Read More
