Nice work culture/Work life balance if you are in Development Team. Hikes totally depend on Luck , do not expect more even if you have done much Hard work , 10-12% max if you are lucky else 6-7 %

...s keep waiting that they will get a chance one day but then leave the company. Yearly Bonus is 10k or 15k ,i am not sure if we can called it as Bonus or not. Seniors takes all the credit of juniors hard work

Company culture and Job security is very good. And you can WFH most of the times. ( Depends on Project )

So if you are top performer in the team, Example ( 18 to 24 months ) , There will be no hike in your salary slip, You will get some "BLUE POINTS" Which you have to spent in limited time period...

1. Low yearly salary hikes (2-7%). 2. No cab facility provided. 3. Promotion process needs improvement. 4. Employee benefits could be enhanced.

... duration. Better growth and learning objectives and wide platforms for upgrade. Salary hikes also average as other companies purely depends on manager. Overall a great company to work :)
