...ike almost all outdoor & indoor games, world class gyms, dancing , programs,etc. Cons - as most of the employess are frshers so salary benifits are compremised, no salary hikes for years ( though you get its very minimal ), only designation will get changed but salary will not.

It provides a great opportunity for freshers to dig their base in the IT sector.

Dislikes

Salary compensation and appraisal criteria are the worst in these MNCs and they want their employees to WFO in this low package.

There is nothing special to like except the campus.

... appraisal, no time to time promotion compared to other same level organisation. It will take 4 years of service to get promoted and then the salary will increase only 17% where other organisations give minimum 40% appraisal at promotion. There is no fix appraisal cycle here , there is no guarantee you will get appraisal and even if you get the maximum will be 7% for average rated employees. And you will not get top ratings for most of the time. If you have other offers in hand I will recommend to join the other organisation.

It has been 10 years, the salary structure is same. Dollar gone 84 from 65 Petrol gone 100+ from 70 Rent gone 3x Milk gone 2x Infosys salary is the same Even daily workers salary has passed Infosys salary
