A lot actually, starting from HR analysis leading to skewed policy. To salary scale to quality of work. Basically they will be trapped in the typical IT service providers zone.. And nothing more if not corrected

Likes

Job security is very good. Work culture and work life balance depends on client. Rest facility like Insurance, leaves etc are as per standard.

Dislikes

No yearly hikes even after good performance. Variable pay is also not fare as per performance. No timely promotions.

Campus is excellent, overall work place is positive welcoming from individual perspective. Cafeteria and food quality is also up mark.

Dislikes

... from higher designation people. Not salary hike and confusing appraisal policy. Stupid policy for giving quarterly variable pay that too never even above 60 percent. Even how much you show savings you will be not be able to understand how much in hand salary you will get at the end of month. Hopeless and too large salary slips.

Fake urgency of work, irrelevant work assignment, Unrealistic deadlines, more work load with under paid salary package equals to more stress, Infosys focus more on the variable salary component which is never paid 100 percent hence monthly in-hand salary is not fair Managers require to work over time and weekends to meet unrealistic deadlines which is never appreciated nor paid

Company is driving many digitalized courses and certifications for learnings.

Dislikes

Many of the things need to change, i.e. salary structure, transparency in rating and promotions. Company is more oriented to profit and business instead of employee satisfaction.
