...gaint , we are leaders, we have so many clients, we have happy clients. Agree At end we cannot pay, we cannot appreciate,we cannot send you onsite, we cannot release you and send you onsite from different projects, just be there where you are since we have a huge recession lined up.

No hike poor maternity coverage poor appraisal process little or no learning too many managers (top heavy) causing micromanagement job dissatisfaction

Very clear salary architecture, no variable amount, blue points for motivation, over time paid, lot of learning opportunities of new skills sets

IBM is really good company in terms of salary and other facilities like traveling reimbursement , learning and all.

Dislikes

Some clients are not at all good.Management at client side project is extremely bad.Clients are using very outdated technologies & don't want to upgrade themselves.People who wants to release from that project management not allowing to release them for their own benefits. Work quality and work process is extremely unprofessional.
