Eclerx have good project to work for freshers and learn finance related things.

Dislikes

They hire freshers as APM and PM role which really demotivate to existing staff. They will not get promotion if deserving. Salary hike is also very less. Continually change the process with the reason of cross train hence u cant grow or learn things easily and resulted u get less hike. Can facilitate is also poor they dont have proper trunk points

There’s nothing to like about this company they trap frehsers at such low pay and then they get all thw work done with them . There’s no training planned or scheduled they treat you there like shit.

Dislikes

The office politics is so much they you will get demotivated to another extent. Posting a mere reel can ruin their organisation image so they will be mg you to resign . The back end work is so pathetic there are some process where you only do copy pasting in the name of work . No growth at all , Zero skill development Pls don’t ever join this company.
