This company has many process including day and night. I will give 3 stars ***.

Junior management like some APM'S ( Associate Process Manager like Anakhbir Singh has a very rude behaviour and did practice of politics and favoratism and also took there bestes side or there favour which left everyone speechless and in result they never took the action against them because he has there favorite people around him who will take there side in returns he will give them a benifit in work , WFM and leaves etc. so I think it's better to only work for 1 year and switch to other company which will increase Your salary sine one person cannot change the work environment and cannot fight with the system. Yes people leave this company with good notes because they still need to work and earn otherwise verification in next company will not pass.. so it's hard to accept but this is the reality. In my opinion atleast company should increase the appraisal to 10% increament in this company if the company is in profit but if company is not in profit then people should switch to other company for better growth and salary.
