Eclerx provide good food at affordable prices. Infrastructure is also good. Toilets infrastructure is clean. They also provide Newspapers for reading which was best part for me. You can sit in Cafeteria and spend time reading but they keep music on which is distracting sometimes. Salary is always on time. DLF building also has Table tennis and volleyball.

Dislikes

I was part of a process in which during winter season the workload got significantly reduced due to which we had lot of free time. So during that free time I wanted to read newspapers and articles on laptop to keep myself updated and stay engaged in something which unfortunately was not allowed due to IT security policy. That's the only reason I had to leave apart from that everything was fine for me personally. I have 1 star to work life balance because I worked in Night shifts which effects you work life balance. You feel sleepy on weekend day but you are awake in Night like a OWL. You cannot go visit a market or chill outside because it's dark. You cannot go to Park or Mountains at odd hours. Operations are literally like a scam, you would be forced to do sales with target in the name of customer support and above that there's zero incentives for sales. The work life balance does not exist and the management doesn't care about any employee. The only thing they want is numbers and sales!

In customer operations, nothing is good in this company. People are frustrated and want to leave. Those who work are not appreciated and no growth opportunities are their for them. Rest, they fire people for cost cutting.

No promotions, no appraisals, no leaves, no work life balance, working on weekoffs as well, terminations and many more.

The company culture has disappointed me a lot.there is many thing's are not good like work environment,bad behavior of seniors. bad behavior - they don't have manner to how talk with us,using abusing language.they don't think how behave should be in professionalism. Lack of peers and management support, unclear expectation at the time of joining and afterwards. No support to sustain in the role. High politics. Not a healthy environment to work. One advice, if you are a person who know how to mold words, things and manipulative then join else avoid it. Otherwise this will cost your career.

Poor management, favouritism, managers at high level have no skills, those who had good skills have left company due to better opportunity or were forced to leave/quit, HR is puppet of managers and will not take your side even if you're right and managers are wrong

Manager and leads are arrogant and don’t have any manners to treat their employees and juniors. The one who is favourite to manager and lead will get promoted and get increment.

No Discrimination and partiality by up lines. No burden during work hours. Rules and policy are up to mark and followed properly.

Sometimes when asked to work extra whole week or we can say 3-4 days consistently. Also denial of asked week offs for tenures especially.
