Good company for fresher,they are good at training people,good faclities,poor mangment dont listen to emoloyees ,manger partiality with team members. Good part a tech savy role,you will learn mnc global culture. Faclities are excllent. They dont give chance for long term carrier mostly 30 percent employee are tenured 70 perecent arefresher,hire and fire rule. One training batch come and another go,few survive there in hire and fire poltics. Intelligence dont work there only dioplomacy rules there. You will find intelligent and educated people at lower bottom position and dumbo fools who even dont know how to speak in english as senior process manager,mine expericnce was with mandeep singh a big fat illitrate person at higher position. Dont know how he was selected as spm,whos grammer ,computer knowledge,english fluency is not up to mark and he serve as spm.so dont expect position if even you are educated or talented only flattering seniors and diplomacy work there. Dont give chance to nurish your talent they are master in ruining your existing skills and making you puppet. Not employee growth centerd organization.

Working hours are long but manged properly you will get time for your personal life. Fixed week off,casual leaves all good. But they dont give leaved when you need most.

The most I liked about working at eclerx is you get to know the real corporate world. Work culture is good.

The things I disliked about the company is that they dont give you any holidays neither national or international given you are working in an international process. Secondly company changes its policies for salary. One day they are hiring freshers as Junior Analyst at low salary and another day they are hiring freshers as Analystsat way more salary given to freshers as Junior Analyst.
