I wanted to learn different data handling tools, but I was learning only excel. Before joining eClerx, I had good knowledge of R and tableau. Also I had mentioned my Data Science certification on my resume. But still I was selected in Operations and I did not mentioned to the HR after joining about my profile change and working intoanalytics. I'm very passionate towards my work and like to do any given work, hence I did not talk about my work change. I worked as a junior analyst in different processes: First was APJ SKU management and the other was Howdens Competitive Analysis. Both the processes were quite good for learning Excel . Also my analysis and productdata skills improved by these process

The good point is eClerx provides various skill development training programmes that will surely help you improve your skill. Work environment is awesome you get the liberty thats all you want as compared to any other firm out there.

As you all know politics is everywhere, people are corrupt, you need to be good at politics to sustain in corporate world, only talent won't take you high, but yes unless and until you are a super genius. Salary provided is very less, that's the worst part and we all work for salary. But from a learning perspective its good in terms of salary it is bad.

My work does not require the brain of a genius, the one whose capable to manage, be alert, take appropriate decision will definitely do well.It's a repetitive task where you have to manage various e-com projects and deliver the assets on time. Bit boring.

Good company culture in terms of work there is no pressure while working in eclerx job is totally secured management is very free minded, salary is very less, people in my vertical are terrible they just want to de motivate you make your moral confidence down and brainwash you negatively about company so much of politics, trainings are good enough to maintain day to day activities
