Working hours is too much all you do is work and sleep. And wait for weekend to come. Everday day there will be new doubt and new work for which very minimum training will be given. You cant get sick leave if u take it then it will be called as unplanned leave which later on u have to compensate by doing extra work even if u have tosaturday u have to. Hardly u will get to njoy public holidays. You will be treated as machine. You have to sign one year bond and if u leave b4 one year u will be penelised with 50k. Here if you have good bounding you will have good support from your colleague's. Atmosphere is nice and filled with smart workers.

A lot of things to dislike starting with slow growth. Unless there is a favoritism toward you the chance of getting promoted is very low. Except few teams where they value your contribution. Better to get your lunch box from home as the food in canteen couldn't been swallowed for more than 2 days. They will just give you hopes to work hard but will not give you the desired reward.

Nothing. Before I was promissed for equity settlement process and afterwards they promoted me to the KYC process without taking my opinion. Just pathetic.

The whole work life balance thing is a myth in this company. In the offer letter there is not mentioned in any of the section regarding the daily target but alas! eClerx follows target policy and on not completing daily target they even cut one's salary as a Loss Of Pay.
