Company is not at all supportive. Infact they are using this opportunity to get rid of people who are old in the system so that they can get junior staff and at a low pay scale. Worst company to work with at this stage.

Dislikes

Compensation is not as per industry standards, especially for employees working from a longer duration. Tremendous and unnecessary work pressure is built by the management. Managers do not value hard work and smartness however people who agree to what managers say are required in this organization. No work life balance if one is working for this organization.
