The managers at my last project were totally toxic and made everyone to work 14 hours a day, compulsory WFO at no extra pay, even for people who stayed more than 100 kms away, close to 30 people resigned in 4 months. Also illegal misuse of PCIP(Performance correction program) without any clear proof and many put into VRP pool(bench), again no specific reason and HR played blind to these managers.
