Worst Work Environment Ever! Working at this company was nothing short of a nightmare. The work culture is toxic, oppressive, and downright disrespectful to employees. It's almost as if you are treated like a prisoner. Employees have no rights, no voice, and are constantly pressured to conform without any support from the management. If something is wrong, do not expect help or understanding - the management's only concern is making sales, even if that means lying to customers. In fact, they openly encourage agents to device clients, with comments like, "Do the sale, even if you need to lie"...Read More

Dislikes

No separate power between operations and wfm. There should be separate power for support team to function without operations hierarchy interference and direct report of support team should go to the vertical head rather than reporting to operations. This is one negative point.
