Nothing is good - better to join other Indian mnc Wipro primarily focuses on billing rather than employee growth. Once you're allocated to a project, they rarely allow you to take a release, forcing you to work as per their requirements or leave. I dislike how Wipro focuses more on billing than employee growth. Once you’re assigned to a project, it’s hard to get released. They don’t consider employees' career goals, and you’re forced to either stay or leave. It’s frustrating, but I’m still here because of work-from-home, no better offers, and avoiding risks with startups.

Most people have become too much attached to Salary and their good Appraisals. They blame others for existing issues. Those who can fidht back are able to stay. So now its become a place for dangerous people only who can go out of way for doing unwanted things. I dont want to be a part of such environment hence i have resigned.

We don't get enough hike at client location. If project is completed or project requirement is completed you will be on banch and after 4 5 months they will release you.

Oppertunites for overall growth the company gives and the trainings imparted to you from time to time. The social security benefits like Insurance etc which Wipro provides to its employees. The strict ethics and honesty practised by the company all along with zero tolerence for any deviation in ethics for business and employee behaviour

The politics played by senior personnel in favouring only those who appreciate and obey them wholeheartedly irrespective of any process .

Pramotion and Salary increment worst.. When we ask salary increment and band pramotion to manager and project DM , PM he told complete the training post completion the mapped training... After he told take another work for band pramotion..I agreed for the same but ..after getting new update from PM and senor people we can not given band pramotion... Bad 😞😞

Nothing here to like. HR, Manager, ADM they don't care of you. If you are from support team they are just used you and through. They are not thinking the Wipro brand . HR are very worst. They are don't care of employees..! No hike no appraisal , no bonus, no work culture. When came time of appraisal or veriable Wipro always in loss . But other time Wipro always in profit. They can donate lots of money but they can't spend money on own employees how earn the money actually....Read More
