Time management is good ...worker work in any shifts in 3 shift (morning evening,or night )with the help of team leader.

1 .There is no any option of growth .you just do typing , scannings , stapling hard copies or Xerox copy.....no mater person doing B.tech , diploma, or any certificate course they doing same job . always work Target is high ...no person go to home at his 8 hour work time the work almost over 10 hours ....some days it could be 8 to 10 hours but manly it over the time . 2. How could you servive with in 8 thausand (8000) rupees/month salary in Noida...The lebar law not fallow there .... 3. there is not permanent Joining company getting job maximum persons only for 90+90 day period....so job is not secure.. New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Good teamwork, no work pressure, good learning place, but growth policies are bad, no cab facilities incase of rain, bus strike.
