This company is a monster. They (Mr. Bharat and his HRs) are not upfront about their intentions of "hiring you at the least possible salary". They waste your time conduction interviews and tests, and in the end just before the offer letter is to be issued, they trap you in a situation of "take it or leave it" by changing all the terms and conditions in order to drastically reduce the salary. I was well aware of the company politics that go on within this company, the opposite gender partiality of the male managers in terms of promotions and incentives but I couldn't imagine it was this degraded. I already experienced this all even before joining the company, I can only wonder how filthy it could have been after joining the company. Take my advice, as a fresher who doesn't understand cheap office politics and only intends to work with his best efforts and be rewarded for the same, DON NOT APPLY FOR THIS FRAUD COMPANY....Read More

I had a disappointing experience working at TTEC. The company seems to be plagued by nepotism, particularly within the Gujarati community, which creates an unfair work environment. There is little opportunity for learning or growth, and the salary offered is quite low compared to industry standards</mark>. Additionally, I was shocked to learn that they provided an experience letter to an employee who was involved in inappropriate behavior towards female colleagues. This shows a serious lack of accountability. On the other hand, employees who faced issues related to coupon abuse or caste discrimination were not given the same consideration. It feels like casteism is at its peak here. Another major issue is the management style. If you disagree with your manager, Mr. Pratik, they will find a way to push you out, regardless of your past performance. There seems to be a complete absence of ethics; he doesn’t think twice before jeopardizing someone's career. It was a pleasure working with ttec. Work environment was quite friendly and supportive.

Dislikes

Increment and salary package is major concern, that's main reason people leave ttec though they love ttec a lot. Another is leave policy, sometimes difficult getting leaves when required, not aligned with HR policy.

Work culture 0/10 TL's Biasness towards opposite gender employee -10/10 HR's Manager ( Bharat Reddy's) biasness towards giving increment towards new female employees 100% At first I was promised a package of 36000 rs however once I had booked my tickets for Ahmedabad this person called me up and told me this amount can't be issued and convinced me to join at a much lesser cost and trust me Ahmedabad is not a cheap city to survive</mark>. Dislikes

Salary is very less. Some of the Agents (same position) who joined with an experience of 1/2 years are getting more salary than the one who works in Ttec for more than 3/4 years.
