Company was too good in terms of working environment. I got supportive and friendly colleagues as well as supervisors there.

Dislikes

As i said above that i was quite happy with the working environment but i completely disappointed with the salary structure ( in terms of in hand salary ) as well as i wasn't happy with delay in the over time payment. This overtime payment delay and the less in hand salary was the main reason for which i left that company.

Good salary for freshers, i used to work in chat support it was so relaxing at the start, but after few months they added new things which was a bit pressurizing, however it is cool

Dislikes

Working days which is 5.5, i used to work in norton which is premium process, they should at least provide 5 days working like all other premium processes do

They did not have good management The management did not have knowledge about the work even the Associates know the work more than them and Management put so much pressure on employees.Even we dont have proper Time to Eat and cancelling the weekoffs. Worst worst worst Company. No work life balance, no job security. U have to be manager's favorite for promotions.Unprofessional managers who will humiliate one or the other Employee.There is nothing to like about TP.

For WFH they don't have proper login tracker. For 8 hrs u have to login 10 hrs.Even For 7.50 login time they mark as half day and deduct amount from your salary. Plus the TL is another headache, u need to keep sayin him to correct the attendance.

If you have the qualification and hunger then take it as a part time job only while you Upskill yourself for other job Or exams and simultaneously earn some money to support your family.

The working hours. It's mainly in the night for us and sometime the timing is even worse. You didn't even understand whether you are working in night or sleeping in day.

The worst thing is that the company management is worst and the cab facility is of worst kind, sometimes cab is not scheduled at all and Cab manager will directly refuse to take any action or help you
