Working environmenr is good but the leader and manager are terrible they are unsupportive and always give threatning to all the employees

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management always appraise those peoples who will praise them they didn't support the staff and the agents. Sslary is ok but the growth oppurtunity is not their because of the politics that included because they hire external supporting staff instead of the agent who apply for the internal job postings.

It's quite a good learning experience. I learned that everything that i had yo learn. I got a good training staff but on the production floor the management was terrible and the behaviour or the support of the management staff was very terrible and rude.
