The domestic process should be more non partial about the promotions. Because the promotions process is not transparent at all. Those who getting the higher position are corrupted and pollute whole culture of the company. The employee care should be more active and sharp to handle those so called higher production managers.

Company policies are the only thing I like about Teleperformance Gurgaon 398 site.

Dislikes

Not sure about other TP sites, but TP Gurgaon 398 only cares about their image and reputation not the employees’ actual overall wellbeing as they claimed to do.

Pathetic work culture in TP, no support from HR end all are just 12th pass hired HR they don’t even know how to behave with the people with employees they guys behaving like we are owner of the company. I will never suggest to anyone to join TP.

Apart from salary, incentives, promotion hikes, appraisals and employee benefits everything is good. The only reason to leave TP is that PROMOTION HIKE is 10 % and yearly appraisal is 500 rupees max

Dislikes

Hiring is not good. TP hires anyone and everyone. For agent level all you need to do is plead and state you belong from a weak economic section of the society and you will get selected. Management is poor in terms of tasks getting done.

I was working for Thomas Cook pvt ltd process and it has unlimited incentive structure that attracts me to work harder and earn more money.

You will have to leave your self respect outside the company. And of course, forget about your mental peace. The environment is very toxic and management is never friendly and not helpful. The security staff will treat you like a prisoner facing some serious charges. Also the Hebbal office space and cafeteria is very unhygienic. Rats and pegeon infestation is a common sight here. I don't know about other process but in which process (AML) I am working, it is very good in terms of incentives, promotion through IJP, these two things are really good, here u can earn more than ur salary in terms of Over time. Little bit work pressure but not that much that u can't handle. Language can be barrier but if ur communication is weak u will get chance to improve it here. I dont like it as i really want to join teleperformance. But they are not making me in.

I was the employee of teleperformance from 2022 to 2024. And then i had left the teleperformance. But now i am wanting to rejoin the teleperformance the management is saying that you were having the pointers. But as per policy the employ should not leave the teleperformance on active pointers. But i was not having the active pointers and they are not making me in.
