The timings and the offs, there's no personal space except Sundays, no time to be with family.

I did not like any of the teleperformance staff. From Tl to manager, no one manages the work load and creates work pressure without any reason. As if they do not need to work, they start finding faults by picking up random calls of employees, just like if you are driving a car on the road, you are not following some rules or the other.

Basically when you got sick company doesn't give leave and if you are not coming when you are sick they force you to come office by saying if you don't come your salary will be hold.

I don't know about the company but i believe it will be good but I know about my team and that is the worst team i have ever worked with.. the team leader is so biased that if you butter her then she will allow u uncountable half days, uncountable break and if you finish ur break then she will give you tl break and numerous benifitsbit if you fail you butter her or do as she says then she will intentionally haras you like cancel your 2 months before planned leaves, throwing water on your face or intentionally asking every other employees not to talk to you and if they talk to you then she will also do the same to you....Read More

The work environment often felt overwhelming, with high expectations and limited support. I struggled with the management's lack of communication, which added to the frustration. I was in voice process in kochi, they'll put auto dial and you will not get time to breathe. Chances are big that you'll suffocate and die talking to customers in Teleperformance kochi. The slave minded employees will take whatever the TL throws at them. You will get 2 leaves every month but you can't take it. You have to cross oceans and meet with millions to get that leaves. There are several points for dislike Teleperformance-1. They force the employee to do overtime. 2. They don't give medical leave, even if you are dead you need to come to office. 3. They force us to, not take full break at one time. 4. They force to do work after the shift is over and when the employee say no to them they just increas our work at the end of the day.

Nothing to like about a crook company who is eekimg out on emoloyees provident fund. Even after so many request they have not release my fund and have been keeping it on hold for so long

The domestic process should be more non partial about the promotions. Because the promotions process is not transparent at all. Those who getting the higher position are corrupted and pollute whole culture of the company. The employee care should be more active and sharp to handle those so called higher production managers.

I love the fact that the job security here is amazing and prefers their employees to stay within the TP family. Depending on your process and manager the experience can be worse to excellent . on average i can say that the work culture is 2.5/5.

The fact that the promotions here are do not match the package they offer. other than that everything is fine.

All the managers and the team leaders are worst. No one wants to help the employee. All the high designations are doing show off with thier work culture. The work culture and the work balance is really very bad. All uses slangs to scold someone or the other. If the employee wants to take a leave the managers and the TL do not approve the leave, rather they remove all the access from the floor and sent a mail to your maild id of Full and Final settlement. The worst company ever I have ever seen. And also, they "DO NOT GIVE THE EXACT SALARY THAT IS MENTIONED IN THE OFFER LETTER." Nothing much . they will make you work like machine every single day. sometimes we have worked from 10 pm to 7pm without even a single break.so pathetic work culture.

sales pressure targets you are forced to dial 400-500 numbers in a single day or you have to do sales plus they have had stopped me till 8pm for doing calls and make sales daily very unprofessional behaviour
