Likes
Career growth upto level 2 is adequate and fair chance are provided to the associates. Howver forward level 3 favoritism start mending which can decrease motivation of an individual.
Dislikes
Work culture, here people don't communicate instead they start acting and behaving in such manner that you are force to quit.
