I love TP. However, I am not happy with the policies made by infosec team. 1. In all companies mobile phone are allowed for supervisor and here team is saying security issue where you have camera in company everywhere. Please let me how you will track the people who are working from home they can record video and everything. 2. Also, I am 100% sure that no-one like the policies. 3. You should re-look the policies again and prepare how you can make our supervisor life easy. so new agents can motivate to become an supervisor to get extra relaxation. 4. I have hered that TP has stopped music inside the company. Please let me know apart from this team engamment party. What you people are doing to reduce the stress of the agents.
