Worst company it has no hierarchy. There is no one to reach out in case of any issues related to salary. They don’t despond to emails niether pickup the call. And the worst part is the appraisal. They give 4% of appraisal with meet expectations rating to and exceeding expectations rater. No scene of IJP. They will give IJP Opportunity only when there are lot of openings and they want to hire internally to save the cost of hiring new employee....Read More

They dont provide any reimbursement of internet. Using my own laptop and no night shift allowance. Even the working hours are rigourous. 9 hrs of login and many a times in the name of business requirements they make you to work for 12-14 hours
