The job security is good.

The domestic process should be more non partial about the promotions. Because the promotions process is not transparent at all. Those who getting the higher position are corrupted and pollute whole culture of the company. The employee care should be more active and sharp to handle those so called higher production managers.

Anybody in need of a role to work would never say its not worth it, it's always about the efforts we give to the company henceforth the reverts follows. The best we perform, the less we regret.

The timings and the offs, there's no personal space except Sundays, no time to be with family.

I did not like any of the teleperformance staff. From Tl to manager, no one manages the work load and creates work pressure without any reason. As if they do not need to work, they start finding faults by picking up random calls of employees, just like if you are driving a car on the road, you are not following some rules or the other.

Salary distribution, appraisal and grade wise salary increase was not good. Some time I found grade 4 take salary less then grade 2.

From entry to exit, its everything you will dislike. Cockroches around cafeteria, on water filter, cafeteria is not cleaned. Management, bus conductor is more talented than tp Management.

Worst worst worst Company. No work life balance, no job security. U have to be manager's favorite for promotions.Unprofessional managers who will humiliate one or the other Employee.There is nothing to like about TP.

For WFH they don't have proper login tracker. For 8 hrs u have to login 10 hrs.Even For 7.50 login time they mark as half day and deduct amount from your salary. Plus the TL is another headache, u need to keep sayin him to correct the attendance.

No worst working for . No one appreciate your work . Specially if you are part of IT team . My laptop has a SSD issue I had told my company n number of time but no one listen and it's been 1.5 year I have been telling about same to.multiple leadership. But uhhh . High leadership is just worst . No good changes . I missed time when vikas was our director . New leadership joins . Make useless changes remove alll our benefits . Decreased increament scale . Switching between shifts without any prior notice or notification and change in Lobs was very irritating and unbearable.

The only thing you may get while working here is you might get promoted earlier than when you would in other organisations. Rest, overall its an average or below place to work

I love the fact that the job security here is amazing and prefers their employees to stay within the TP family. Depending on your process and manager the experience can be worse to excellent . on average i can say that the work culture is 2.5/5.
