Nobody follow rules but if something happens HR will first question the rules... Worst company ever. Toxic work environment. Least bothered about employee concerns and satisfaction. Salary discrepancies every month which never gets resolved. Need to beg for laeves. Its better to not work rather then working for teleperformance.

I was working for Thomas Cook pvt ltd process and it has unlimited incentive structure that attracts me to work harder and earn more money.

There is literally nothing to like about this company. Join this company at your own risk.
You will have to leave your self respect outside the company. And of course, forget about your mental peace. The environment is very toxic and management is never friendly and not helpful. Politics is going on from AM level (Grade 3) to Sr. Manager (Grade 6), very cheap politics is going on floor. Job is not secured as if you will put your points i. Front of AM then he will make your life hell on floor and try to break your strength with political play role.

I dont like it as i really want to join teleperformance. But they are not making me in.
I was the employee of teleperformance from 2022 to 2024. And then i had left the teleperformance. But now i am wanting to rejoin the teleperformance the management is saying that you were having the pointers. But as per policy the employ should not leave the teleperformance on active pointers. But i was not having the active pointers and they are not making me in.
Work policy: It was all from office but if you need can ask for the work from home.
