HR name Apporva was one of the HR's in Teleperformance switched to Taskus to get high salary and now she is trying to contact the people of Teleperformance to join Taskus for good hike on current CTC. This is how these HR destroy the career of the individual's. This is not fare and an action is required. I was the person she hired for Teleperformance for email support. I left the job just in 2 months because there was no learning and since then I'm working with taskus in one of the premium processes. Just wanna inform all of you guys please don't go for it because it will impact your stability which will further impact your growth. The job security is extremely high in this organisation. Amazing place to work, along with great colleagues and leadership, including likes of Munawar Ali Haqqani and Jagdeep Sekhon. Great folks to learn from and look upto. BHR team is amazing too.

You will have to leave your self respect outside the company. And of course, forget about your mental peace. The environment is very toxic and management is never friendly and not helpful. The security staff will treat you like a prisoner facing some serious charges. Also the Hebbal office space and cafeteria is very unhygienic. Rats and pegeon infestation is a common sight here. I don't know about other process but in which process (AML) I am working, it is very good in terms of incentives, promotion through IJP, these two things are really good, here u can earn more than ur salary in terms of Over time. Little bit work pressure but not that much that u can't handle. Language can be barrier but if ur communication is weak u will get chance to improve it here. Politics is going on from AM level (Grade 3) to Sr. Manager (Grade 6), very cheap politics is going on floor. Job is not secured as if you will put your points i. Front of AM then he will make your life hell on floor and try to break your strength with political play role.
