There is job security in TP

Almost everything. They don't allow female employees to leave office premises between 9:30-PM to 6 AM even if they want to leave on their own responsibility. Deduction amount from salary is too much. Like my monthly CTC is 54k and I receive 46.5k in hand that means almost 8k of deductions. Ha his deduction also include gratuity which can be refunded to employee if they stay in company for 5 years else you will lose the amount. Cab facility sucks because you they will pick you almost 1.5 hours earlier than your shift and will drop you after one hour of your shift. That means the buffer time is a lot. There are many more things that if TP changes, then it can become a good company. They should not end work from home if employee's performance is satisfied. Situation is still not normal and they are sending work from home. I am not happy with that. WFH should continue and do not push employees to come office and end work from home. I wish this feedback will go to higher authority and they convey to every department that WFH should be optional for all employees till then they do not feel safe specially for those employees who has to travel.
