Almost everything. They don't allow female employees to leave office premises between 9:30-PM to 6 AM even if they want to leave on their own responsibility. Deduction amount from salary is too much. Like my monthly CTC is 54k and I receive 46.5k in hand that means almost 8k of deductions. Ha his deduction also include gratuity which can be refunded to employee if they stay in company for 5 years else you will lose the amount. Cab facility sucks because you they will pick you almost 1.5 hours earlier than your shift and will drop you after one hour of your shift. That means the buffer time is a lot. There are many more things that if TP changes, then it can become a good company. There hygiene is a mess and facilities for toilet and cafeteria is very bad.HR handling with the delicate issue is very bad. No proper infrastructure in all departments.

Very bed experiance poor igostic management treat lower post people very badly not get respect at all policies or made to modify as per their requirement daily made new rules on sack of police bed cafeteria bed TLs, managers, BHRs. Going for an lift it will be very late for our duty time, because very crowded at the time employees come to office. Main thing is salary is very very low compared to other company.

Trainer (Janvi Parmar) of CIBIL process is not professional. She plays love games with her Trainees. She mix personal and work life together. She does partiality while giving leaves to trainees.

I don't like anything, they are asking negative amount of 12,600 for rehiring . so i dropped joining there. They told am x employee of TP but i worked only 2 days, 3rd day to attend funeral they not gave leave...they told to join after 3 month if i take leave..so i left organization .again i gave interview they are asking 12,600 rs
