Work life balance is very bad employees are made to work from 1PM to next day morning 8AM. Very bad office politics My husband is suffering from various health issues Weekends are also working overall 24 hours if employee works still work load is very high Managers keep bullying people working under them Very bad culture

Salary, shifts, work life balance nothing is provided as promised and they say they are employee centric company but whenever you raise any queries the HRs don't even bother to check the problems you are facing they just say their signature statement 'as per policy'.

Teleperformance is such a good company but not Kolkata site.

Dislikes

Kolkata centre is worst centre of TP. Specially quality domain is full of favouritism and oiling buttering domain. If you can't do as@ licking of your manager then even if you are good performer you would never get appreciated and promotion. To get the promotion you have to do Daaru Party with your senior, you must be a GIRL if youare not good in licking. That girl also should be comfortable in all scenarios if she want to get promotion. For promotion they only choose their fav person and even he or she is not able to say anything during interview then also they would be selected only. Job is secured till the time you are not doing anything against company policy.

They are not even giving near to market standards package and promotional increment from grade 1 to grade 2 is up to 15% only that too when u have exceed expectations ratings, so usually who get promoted from grade are usually getting just 10-12% of increment on their existing CTC.apart from that politics is obviously dirty and favouritism is on peak.

I dont like it as i really want to join teleperformance. But they are not making me in.

I was the employee of teleperformance from 2022 to 2024. And then i had left the teleperformance. But now i am wanting to rejoin the teleperformance the management is saying that you were having the pointers. But as per policy the employ should not leave the teleperformance on active pointers. But i was not having the active pointers and they are not making me in.
